Very interesting change of perspective on eating habits — WHEN instead of WHAT. One thing is missing here: HOW are you living — is this applicable to any lifestyle? My guess would be it isn’t — a construction worker or any other hard labour workers might struggle with A, sticking to it and B, with nutrition.

What about bodybuilders or other athletes that require a much higher intake of carbs, fats and protein over a more balanced period of time, in sync with their exercise routine.

Probably this is a case of applying the good findings (in short: don’t eat later in the day) into everyone’s daily routine, to the extent that each individual can manage.
