Very inspiring.
Graduating soon, and I have fall down the path of submitting my resume to random companies in hopes of landing a position somewhere.
I’ve Intern’ed for a pretty amazing firm, here in Malaysia, and while the exposure was great, the mentor ship was lacking, which made me decline their offer to continue my internship for another 6 months. I worked hard to pass the assessments and interviews, and consistently performed task assigned and more, but at the end of it, that last day of work, I still felt that something was missing.
So now I am on a job hunt. But I realize the err of my ways. Too focused on getting the right pay, but not the right experience, which will eventually cost me in the coming years.
I see the point made and I’m going to try emulating it. The next job I apply for, I’ll bring something to the table first.
Thanks for the amazing read.
