EMBRACE Live Balance Monitoring System

Assistive robot on your walker aid

Embrace is using the force sensors embedded in the handle of the walker aid to detect shifting of center of the mass. The data of the sensors will be sent to the user’s Smart Phone through Bluetooth Low Energy. On the phone, we established a realtime data sockets between the EMBRACE WALKER App and web server with GPRS, so those behavior would be accessible for family members and nursing personnel on their phone through the EMBRACE VIEW App. Caretakers will receive push notification when an abnormal data is received and call for intervention.
