A book review

It’s day 2 of my 30 day writing challenge. Since I publicly announced I’d be posting everyday, I’d like to use this time I spend waiting for publications to publish my work by giving a book review of what I just recently finished.

This “guide to life” style self help book will force you to consider standard personal growth knowledge in a different, unconventional way.

When other authors try to have you focus on your better future, Mark Manson emphasizes how great you already are, and how absolutely not special your situations (both good and bad) happen to be.

Sound a little conflicting?

Well it is, and Mark makes a great case for why both concepts are absolutely true, and how you can use the mindsets to your advantage.

In his book, Mark Manson will show you just how much you might have to reconsider about your life. He’ll help you realize what choices you should, or shouldn’t be making. He might even to tell you to stop trying certain things!

It’s a motivational read that shows just how far you can go if you’re willing to tolerate some pain. Mark goes into detail about his own life, and some major obstacles he’s overcome to get where he is now, as a bestselling author and famous blogger.

All in all, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson is a unique read that’ll encourage you to view things in your world just a little bit differently, in a very important way.
