Always good to see that western science is catching up with eastern wisdom and practices ;)
Andrew Huberman is a professor of Neurobiology and Ophthalmology at Stanford School of Medicine. He breaks down many topic related to our brain, body, behavior and our health and shares applicable tools and insights that you can use in your life. All based on scientific research and literature.

2) Demis Hassabis (DeepMind) on Lex Fridman Podcast
Demis Hassabis from DeepMind is very inspiring person and I listened to this episode twice.

I enjoyed Sam Harris talking about meditation (the search party story is very nice:) and Peter Attia is also someone I follow closely.

4) Lifespan podcast
This is 8 part podcast where David Sinclair discusses topics of his research about longevity and his bestselling book Lifespan.

5) CoRecursive — for my fellow developers and similar creatures
A Podcast where each episode someone shares the fascinating story behind a piece of software being built.
Some of my fav episodes:

6) Bitcoin Explained — The Technical Side of Bitcoin
Aaron van Wirdum and Sjors Provoost — these two guys are doing amazing job breaking down and explaining more technical aspects of Bitcoin and I very much enjoy their conversations.
