Daniel Conrad I’m wondering what you would say to someone who needs to counter-balance a string of unstructured interviews they’ve already conducted in search for a candidate to fill a position? Is it proper to re-interview someone who’s already been grilled for hours by multiple department heads and would-be coworkers, and is it too late to correct cognitive biases that have already taken effect? I’m not saying that this is my current situation or anything. <glance>
