Wellness. Love yourself.
Everyone’s grown up with the knowledge “Exercising is good for your health. Do it regularly”. But how many people actually move their bodies daily, weekly, even monthly?
I have came to the conclusion : The best things in life are what make you sweaty.

I know what you are thinking about. But yeah, exercising is one of those things.
I was not a person who knew how to keep my body in shape. In fact, I used to be a fat girl, since grade 3rd, until grade 10th. Then always a chubby girl until now. I have never had a flat tummy or slim thighs. I look bad with bikini and jeans. I have emotional eating, I eat too much and eat bad food whenever I have bad feelings : job, relationship, depression.
Now, I exercise daily, at least 1.5 hour, not to become thin, skinny girl, but to fix my life, to be well-prepared to be successful and confident. You know, taking care of your body is totally controllable. Don’t scream and blame fates or luck when you fail, while you are not able to control what totally belongs to you.
When I exercise, I feel hard, really really hard. I train myself to be a fighter, then all the physical pains paid off. I bought a gym membership and work out daily, I registered for yoga class at 6am and I can never forget how embarrassed I was when the yoga teacher didnt allow me to enter class due to 5 mins late. Then I trained myself to be a morning person, first, not to miss toga class, next, to seize the day.
My body got better and better and just within one month , I gain confidence back. Body, of course, but also inner strengths, positivity and ability to concentrate. I work better, I become happier since I am positive. Yoga teaches me to be fully focus and take things easy with breathes, running teaches me to realize I soon reach the point when running 1km more is the same with 10km more, when it switches from “hurt like hell” to “I get used to it and I choose to go more, I dont feel harder”, zumba, jam fit teach me to be flexible and love my moves even if I look weird, body pump teaches me how sweet it is after you repeatedly push yourself to the limit, body combat teaches me to fight and to visualize hardships as touchable enemies and they are beated easily by my powerful kicks.
When things go wrong, go get fit to gain confidence back.
When things go right, go get fit to maintain positivity and your health.
And whatever happens to your life, remember to love your body, because it’s the only thing in this world will be with you till your last breath. Love your body, love yourself.

“You are what you eat”.
Yes, I used to eat junk food and bad food. Then when I decide to love my body, I switch to right things. I do not become vegetarian or strictly follow any diet, but I choose to say no to sugar, fast food, oily food, processed food and salty food as much as possible. Once you see changes in your body, I swear, you will never want to come back to your old version anymore.
You can find good recipes and list of good food or even food that fits your current/long term needs from many sources. Just remember, eat right, and drink more water.
I want you to love yourself, by loving it physically first, it’s fundamental foundation to be peaceful to build a good soul. I experienced failures, broken relationships, I tortured myself with endless sleep and over eating. After all, I figured out : whenever you’re down, start to raise up by loving yourself, move your body, eat right thing, drink more water, breath and patiently but strongly, purposefully build everything again.
