Naturalism is inherently absurd, because nearly everything we see in daily life is a “contrivance”: the computer or phone we use to type these messages, the internet that transfers the data we type, the terrible posture we can sit in all day. We’re humans, and we have contrived our own world with our own technology, habits, ethics, and so on; feminism is merely one of those ethical frameworks.

Also, consent seems a highly useful and beneficial option in a world that has far too many people as it is. If we were procreating in your idea of a “natural” manner, we would have easily overshot agricultural carrying capacity (~10 billion) and died out in larger numbers than, say, the Great Chinese Famine (15–30 million deaths in 3 years).
