Sharing the 6 tips with your classmate

Sharing Is Caring

Sharing is Caring. This statement is so true. Sharing anything with our family, friends, colleagues and with even strangers makes the both participants happy and builds the strong relationship.

“The more we share, The more we have” Leonard Nimoy

I always find happiness to share my knowledge, my joys, my cheers and almost everything with others, (except my crush :P). It brings happiness and nourishes our relationship. The moment I joined Amal Family, I always share with my friends what’s happening in the sessions and what I am learning over there and they get to know the Amal Fellowship and Family more.

This time I got the opportunity to involve them into my fellowship experience as this week I got the Project to share the 6 tips from Manage and Maximize your Career Course which are as followings

  1. Do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field/industry
  2. Don’t do PhD if you want to be an entrepreneur or work in corporate sector
  3. Spend at least one year in your first job
  4. Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven
  5. Don’t talk badly about the company or about your boss
  6. Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members

My friend agreed to the most of the these tips which I told to him. He find these very interesting and useful. He too added that these points are all well made and this also increases the opportunity of success in the job and career. He said that these tips are psychologically correct and improves the personality as well as credibility.

He almost disagreed on the 1st and 3rd tip. He said that internship is not a must but is better option as you have to do the practical activities in the higher studies. On 3rd point he said that it is not must, if you find it irrelevant or not comfortable with your interest you could leave the job in less than a year unless there are some financial issues or no other opportunity.

I learned that these tips are very helpful in the successful life and career and will try to incorporate this in my life. Everyone should!
