Why Not?

Why not? I can be a developer. I am motivated a lot after seeing a job ads on Stack Overflow offering $50 per hour for 80 hours a week. The job is listed as permanent one and can work from anywhere around the world asking to be a Python developer with working experience of 5 years. I know 5 years of experience isn’t easy to has. I was surprised with this job and imagined I could apply. But it is impossible for now as I haven’t studied well. It doesn’t mean I can’t be the one anytime soon. I must study a lot. I must work hard. I must find the opportunity. In a day, I will be able to apply a job like this with confidence.
I’ve read a comment under Mark Zukerberg’s Facebook post. In that comment, one Facebook user asked Mark which programming language should his son learn for the future. Mark answered Python is the best one his son should learn because this programming language will be used a lot in the future. This is not what he exactly answered in that comment but what I understand. I’ve seen a lot of memes on social medias that compared writing “Hello World” in Python with other programming languages. Since then, I’m interested in Python.
If anyone asks me “Are you studying Python now?” The answer is no. I must study but not now. I’m studying other languages for work. Then I will study Python. I feel depressed when I see those who are skillful in programming than I know. The first time I was interested in programming was when I saw articles about a developer who developed Flappy Bird Game. An article says that he developed the game himself in his leisure time. The game was so popular in App Store and Play Store before the developer removed from both platforms. The game’s popularity was big enough to ban all games which include the name “Flappy” on Play Store after it has been removed. He earned about $50,000 per day from in-app advertisements and purchases during that period. I was amazed.
About 3 months ago, I saw a Facebook post in which a web developer course from Udemy is so good to learn web development. It costs $10 and can be purchased inside from Udemy App which is available on App Store and Play Store. I purchased it and learning now. Last year, I enrolled on EDX and studied CS50 for a while. I cancelled it later as I need to concentrate in a course I currently learning. In CS50 Facebook Group, I was surprised when I see those who finished CS50 are sharing their experiences and final projects which are published on Play Store and App Store. I decided to enroll again when I finished current study. There are many topics you can learn on EDX for free. You just need internet connection and a computer to practice. But if you want to get certificate, you will have to pay.
Why do you want to learn programming? To be earned? Or do you happy when you code? If you ask me about a week ago, I will answer yes for the first one and no for the second. But now, I will answer yes for both. A friend who I respect told me once, studying programming is like climbing a mountain. At first, you will be tired of climbing up and want to give up. When you passed that moment (or get to the top of that mountain), you will be happy because there are no more climbing. I think I am happy to climb now not because I am on the top of the mountain, but because I am happy to learn programming.
