These stories from the ‘way back machine’ are such a joy to read. I had a very simple, innocent childhood without television as well, and reading your stories brings them back with immense clarity. I loved when you talked about your troll teacher and relegated her to “ SPENDING HER EVERY WAKING MOMENT IN WANTON REGRET…” What a terrible curse that would be, eh?
