A Way Out

I am going to write this exactly the way it poured out of me. There is no particular order to these words…just what came through the pen onto my paper.
You don’t have to live in fear. There is a way out.
What is fear?
Fear is “thinking” that you aren’t enough.
Fear is “thinking” that you don’t matter.
Fear is “thinking” that you are separate.
Fear is keeping you small.
Fear is comparison.
Fear is blaming.
Fear is keeping you from seeing yourself.
Fear is a broken compass.
Fear points you in the wrong direction.
Fear keeps you in the dark.
Fear keeps you from freedom.
Fear stifles your heart.
Fear condemns and judges.
Fear is a fool.
Fear is your shadow self.
Fear is afraid of the light.
Fear runs from truth.
Fear can be beat.
Fear is conquered by action.
Fear is not real.
Fear paralyzes.
Fear means go.
Fear hates creativity.
Fear hates boldness.
Fear is loud.
Fear hates quietness.
Fear does not love.
Fear is blind.
Fear keeps your wounds from healing.
Fear wreaks havoc on the body.
Fear worries and is anxious.
Fear keeps your gut in turmoil.
Fear keeps your mind busy.
Fear keeps your fists clenched.
Fear keeps your heart closed.
Fear keeps the breath from your lungs.
Fear keeps your feet from moving.
Fear keeps you bound.
Fear keeps you in pain.
Release your fear, release your body.
Release your body, release your soul.
Release your soul, release your wild.
Release your wild, release your true self.
Release your true self, release your mission.
Fear will always take the easy route — the most comfortable — the path of least resistance.
Love will take the road less traveled — the path where brambles will have to be cut away — the forested path where the sun spills onto the ground — onto your face.
God’s message is always about love and it will lead you in a completely different direction — one you’ve never ever considered — one that leaves you shaking your head and wondering what just happened.
You no longer have to live in fear, sweet child.
There is a way out.
Believe in who you are.
You must trust that you are enough and that you are exactly what I need.
What is stronger than fear?
LOVE.
First, the seed of love must be nurtured within and when our garden of love grows and is applied to all of our fears, they simply vanish. Because like light, love dispels the darkness. Follow the path of love. Fear will leave you disappointed and afraid but love will guide you into all truth.
