I agree, I have been able to keep unwanted weight off and maintain a healthy weight by finding out what works fo my body and lifestyle. At my heaviest, I was 177lbs and I am now 140lbs. It is an education process of how to make good choices (and also a process of de-programming yourself from a lot of misinformation). I constructed guidelines for myself over time that I know work. Now, I can spend more time on my internal issues as my weight issues have already been solved!
