Why nobody will steal your shitty start-up idea.

I apologise first because I appreciate the effort and I feel I know whence you’re trying to come.

However, I must say it does sound a bit too much like Captain Obvious had a bad day and is drunken at the pub talking of extreme absolutes.

A teacher once told that “it doesn’t matter how thin a layer may be, it will inevitably ALWAYS have two sides.. Not one.”

Revolution is basically change (therefore, there will always be revolution out there, regardless of how stagnant things may seem).

Equally, legitimately incredible ideas may indeed happen to lack execution, and yet they still are great ideas and need time. It is sad that most people can’t stop buying into the Vaynerchukisation as the only option. Again, more angles equals more flexibility. And more flexibility takes over any environment or scenario.

Finally, inexperienced people may be, altogether, overly passioned about their conceptions and also often times unaware of how hard it is going to be for them to materialise their dreams. There are things to be seen behind these as well.

They are usually very scared of having these dreams taken away from them; as it only shows how much help they need, specially in what many a time is merely seen and prepotence and snobbery. When confronted, these fears become aggression and nothing else moves from that point on.

Somehow, we’ve all been there and felt something similar at some point. I reckon it takes the more experienced professional to be the larger – and more forgiving – mind to offer a constructive word of advice and help the wheels of innovation to move.

Like everything else in life, disruption also hides in inauspiciously places and if we want to engage with a dynamic reality, we cannot afford trashing down others basically because we’re only capable of seeing the symptoms, instead of contemplating (and helping) the root causes.

Note: I myself reckon this format is sort of unappealing as a regular Medium reader. It’s definitely what I would usually skip if found here. It sucks for me if I may. But I wanted to offer you something and appreciate your exposure.
