Practicing The Subtle Art Of Detachment
Shreya Dalela

A friend of mine once helped me through an ‘attachment crisis’ by asking me: “If your life is a ninety minute movie, what parts remain? What events would you include in the plot and what relationships would develop?”

The truth is that most of what we agonise over actually does not even appear in the movie. Only patterns or relationships that endure years or momentary events that shake the foundations of my life changing the path I am on exist in the movie.

Food for thought.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
