Consciousness is Sensing-sensations (colours, odours, flavours, feelings and sounds) and Knowing-ideas (number, form and meaning) with the Power to create sensory patterns in accord with ideas that create the appearance of ‘my body’ and ‘my thoughts’ and ‘my feelings’ and ‘my surroundings’… as in a dream.
Each ‘me’ is a different perspective… a different viewpoint from which this never-ending story is experienced.
All ideas already are… ever-unchanged.
No idea can ever change, for if it did it would be a different idea and not the idea it is.
Each idea takes its meaning from reference to other ideas that take their meaning from still more ideas in a self-referential set of all ideas.
No idea can exist that is not Known.
Knowing-all-ideas-as-One is called Omniscience.
Notice there is no Awareness of Knowing or not-Knowing an idea until it is imaged via sensations.
See: ‘Elephant’.
Where was the ‘meaning’ represented by the word, where is it now? And as the idea passes from Awareness, where does it go?
Notice that it neither comes no goes. What comes and goes are the sensations that image the idea (including images of the creature itself).
Notice that the meaning is not in the image (the apparent word or apparent thing), for then it would be impossible to experience ‘illiteracy’, or ‘uncertainty’, expressed as ‘what’s that?’.
Only as the idea is associated with the sensory image does meaning become apparent.
Though every story that can ever be already is… there is no end to experiencing…
This is Thou :)
