Hi Thomas,
I really liked your article and think I am going into a similar direction. One thing I realized is that it seems all your tags seem to be related to your cabinet. I wonder how do you tag receipts, financial statements, normal mail correspondency with your phone provider etc. And some of those documents might be relevant for private expenses, some for business expenses, other for your tex declaration etc.
I was thinking just to indroduce a tag hierachy only for reference with a tag for every company / entity I interact with.
