It’s where Welsh Water’s Geraint Williams comes up with all of his best ideas. A long soak in his very own think tank helps him think up clever new ways of clearing the most stubborn sewer blockages he’s encountered during the day.

The result? Less disruption for customers, fewer gardens dug up, thousands of pounds saved and a cleaner environment for us all.
