Positive negative visualization
Jonas Ellison

Jonas, I really found myself in your story. I have a habit of writing my biggest fears in my diary, instead of writing what I am grateful for. By doing this, I believe, I strip the fears of the amplifying glass of our negative mind and see them for what they really are — unreal monsters of my own imagination. I wrote about this in a recent article of mine and I am happy to see I am not alone in my struggles. Thank you for that!
