Thanks for sharing! super useful to see how other teams approach this kind of work. We’ve started using https://otter.ai/ to record and transcribe user interviews recently and on the whole, it’s made this part of the process more efficient. We no longer need a note-taker in the room as they can do the work remotely and having a transcription we can refer back to makes the process a bit more robust and should reduce the risk of bias in note-taking
