Everyone in Scrum is a manager as the team is to self-organise. Scrum Master is a servant-leader not having direct reports. There is no Team Lead role, nor an Architect or Business Analyst role. Product Owner manages the backlog, nobody reports to Product Owner. Where is it management heavy?
