I love Q&A. I think it helps create a space where we acknowledge that the speaker and the audience both have something to offer; and helps attendees realise that the person on the stage is just like them. We build it into the whole event so it is clear that Q&A is going to be part of every talk. That avoids the awkward silence, and having to all of a sudden think about what you just heard and have to respond. Our attendees are *always* ready to ask questions…
