Good health is considered as the precious earning of a human if a person has loses his health, he has lost all the charms of life. Like our physical health, our mental health is also important.

One being in good physical and mental state can enjoy the world. But nowadays many people are the victim of anxiety.

Anxiety

Anxiety is the cause of stress. It’s a feeling of fear. For instance, on the first day of your school, college, and even you are going to a job interview. This type of anxiety is common. It’s become dangerous when it comes to an extreme level. In the case of anxiety the feeling of fear all the time. It may damage your mental and physical health.

Symptoms:

Rapid breathing, insomnia, restless.

Treatment:

  1. Meditation
  2. Social interaction
  3. Activities
  4. Getting enough sleep
  5. Work out
  6. Connect with nature.

Conclusion:

In a nutshell, it is important to always think positive, keep your mind calm, and if you have an extreme level of anxiety, consult with your therapist.
