The Only Note-Taking App That You Need
And it has the ability to sky-rocket your productivity.

Gone are the days when you had to carry a pen and a notebook(physical one) for taking notes. Nowadays, all you need is a digital device, with a note-taking app and Bob’s your uncle.
Many great note-taking apps are there in the market, both free and paid. But today I am going to tell you about my favorite note-taking app that has all the functions that any note-taking app could have.
And that is Zoho Notebook.
Yes, I know most of you never heard of it (Particularly if you are a newcomer to the ‘note-taking venture’). Despite having so many great features, it is not as popular as its competitors. (Every Youtuber only talks about Notion)
So Let’s look at its’s main features:
1. Free with Premium Options
Zoho notebook comes with 5GB of free storage and that’s what most people would need. However, there are paid plans if you want some more space. But in terms of its features, Zoho Notebook is all free.
2. Capture Photos and Scan Documents
You can easily import photos into your notes to create beautiful Photo Cards. A maximum of 30 photos can be stored in one note. You can also edit your photos inside these Cards.
Moreover, you can also import pdf documents and read them.
3. Text Formatting Options
All types of text formatting options are available. You can Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, and Highlight your text. Furthermore, you can also quote your text.
You can also make numbered and bulleted lists.
4. Save Web Articles For Later
Whenever you share a web link to Zoho Notebook, the app automatically creates a smart card of that link which shows the main image of that article with its’s heading. You can even read that link inside the app without needing a browser.
I usually save all my articles in Zoho Notebook to read them later. It serves as my ‘bookmarks manager’ where I keep important links.
5. Create Check Lists
What’s best about Zoho Notebook for me is the feature of creating checklists and to-do lists with ease. So won’t need separate habit-building and to-do apps.
6. Cross-Platform
Another good thing about this app is that it is available for all platforms. Windows, Mac, Google Play, App Store, Linux, you name it.
On the top, its mobile app is very smooth and light. With its home screen widget, you need one click to start taking your notes, be it a Text Card, Audio Card, or Photo Card.
7. Share & Collaborate
I don’t use this feature a lot but you can share your notes with other people. There are two ways to share: You can share them with your Notebook users or you can share them as a public link. (You can even set expiration links and passwords.)
8. Other Customization Options
Zoho Notebook comes with a lot of customization options. You can set a wide range of colors for your notes to differentiate.
Rather than keeping all your notes in one place can arrange your notes in Notebooks. Notebooks are like folders so you can arrange the same kind of notes in one Notebook and other kinds in a different Notebook.
You can even set custom images for your notebooks. Just like I have set Notebook covered inspired by VHS covers which I designed myself (I am a Retro Lover).
