Good article! I just want to add some thoughts:
I would say what you describe here is Level 5 leadership, which is totally non self-centered. As opposed to level 4 leadership, which needs a strong personal desire and egoism. At least, this is how it’s described in „Good to Great“ by Jim Collins.
Now I am a bit confused how to fit this article into Napoleon Hill’s framework. For him, the deep desire for sth. (money) is the starting point. I believe it’s a lot harder to find a desire for solving the really big problems, just for sake of pleasing everyone else. Especially how to choose a specific problem.
