Well if this is ‘a quick stab’, that’s not halve bad, :-). Especially given the similarity between what you come to here and ‘Theory U’. ( A model for transformation both personal and team level. In that way, it can be used as a way to come to solutions too. It suggest a ‘blind spot’ from where change initiatives or interventies arise. Basically our intuition. And the primary method to include this ability into our otherwise deductive approach is.. sensing!
