The biggest takes it all!*

The world of IT is full. Full of money, full of opportunities, full of ideas. It’s the lifeblood of our modern civilization. Since its beginnings, it was growing faster than any other branch, but the situation that we are facing today was never seen before.
On the worldwide ICT market, Poland is famous for the quality of our services. The biggest players like us, they respect us and they want to work with us as partners. We don’t need to have complexes on this field. Our national motto — saying that all the impossible things can be done on the spot and for the miracles it may be necessary to wait up to three days — is working fine and it is consequently building our strong position among the competitors.
There is only one problem — we need more programmers
In 2015, the deficit on the Polish market was around 50.000 developers. It is estimated that by the end of this decade, the whole EU will be in need of over 800.000!
Facing this situation, the biggest IT companies decided to take whoever is potentially offer by the universities. Though, as graduates receive lots of offers at the same time, it is quite difficult to hire them. We also need to remember that the number of students in any field is usually higher than the number of graduates. That’s why many companies decided to hire those who have just started their studies. Most students of Computer Science who want to start their professional career can easily find a job during the second or third year of studies. The employers do not require freshmen to have a big knowledge, experience or a great talent. The eagerness to learn and to code is practically enough. And even though it may seem to be a huge step forward, the problem of the developer’s deficit was not solved. And it is growing continuously by 3–5% annually.
Taking all means taking both: good and bad
Such a big demand required finding some alternative solution: training a programmer in a time shorter than any university of college. Is it possible? It turned out it is. 150 hours of working with a trainer (combined with some involvement) can give a significant effect. Growing popularity of Courses like Coderspro or InfoShare Academy proves the demand for this kind of courses. People who attend them are highly motivated and what trainers do is helping them develop in the way they want. As market needs are huge, you can find courses on many levels — they are made both for those who have never coded before and for those who have some basics and want to improve it.
The total beginner courses are not less important than the course for advanced programmers! You can learn any programming language that you want — you need some time and motivation, but it is possible to be done — but you can’t become a developer without learning how to think like a programmer. It’s like playing the musical instrument — you can learn it if you spend enough time but you can’t become a professional without learning notes, meters and so on. To become a developer, you need to understand some basics that are the heart of programming. The courses for beginners help to find the right specialization, choosing the most accurate language and improve the skills that will do the best for the beginner’s development. The cause — result model is clear.
Caring about the background, we create a fast-growing market. We „breed” qualified specialists instead of hiring random people who are tempted by the high salaries, free pizzas and other benefits offered by IT companies.
