I’m bored with reading endless what-about-isms irrelevantly applied in Trump apologies — especially “what about Obama…” & “what about Clinton…” when the former is no longer president & the latter never was. The piece under discussion has to do with banking & financial abuses that date back to FDR, were unleashed by Reagan & two Bushes — and expedited by Clinton (The Bill) by his sellout to even further neoliberal deregulation of financial markets (quid pro quo improved backing by the top 10% wealth mob). Trump is just another crooked businessman. As a president, he’s not just incompetent — he’s anti-competent. Which is actually, domestically speaking, probably a pretty good thing; otherwise, he’d do a better, quicker job of buggering us.
