Cool article I found about some guy who shares my name. Gives me hope that I will turn out okay hahahaha, because this guy has obviously made something of his life:

Howdy audience, this is John Walker speaking for Lab Tech Now. I am so overjoyed this week that you get to be a part of this discussion! If you’ve been following along the past couple of weeks, we have discussed disruptive companies in other business sectors, and how a similar thing may begin soon experienced in our own sector. We have invited a couple of gentlemen in this week, Mr. J. Mac Rust, and Mr. Landon Northcutt of Stephenville, Texas to discuss how a young organization that these gentlemen helped start will become the game changer of a disruptive change in the lab services sector.

John: L. Northcutt, co-founder of On Campus Laboratories and J.M. Rust, partner in On Campus Lab Services, I am very appreciative you two have granted us an opportunity to speak with you on this broadcast so that we all can be educated about your company, On Campus Laboratory Services and the disruption that the model is going to possibly deliver to the laboratory analysis world.

J. Mac Rust: John, you are very welcome. We’re excited to join you.

Landon Northcutt: Definitely, John, the two of us are grateful that you’ve invited us to share with you and your readers.

John: Can you guys share with our audience a few details about On Campus Labs?

J. Mac Rust: That sounds great John. On Campus Laboratory, in simplest of terms is a company that makes connections between rural hospitals and metro doctors.

John: That seems like it makes sense. So what does this connection look like?

Landon Northcutt: We discovered that doctors in metro regions are dealing with a bunch of churn and burn lab analysis for all of their laboratory tests and processing. Usually these services is accomplished in a quick manner, but 100% certainty was a factor, client service was low, and it just wasn’t what it used to be. Being that we both live in a small community an hour’s drive from Fort Worth, we noticed that there are a lot of hospitals in small towns near our area with very expensive lab equipment being unused simply because their regions don’t have enough local census count in their area to really keep the hospital lab busy.

J. Mac Rust: John, very simply, we see our purpose with On Campus Laboratory Management LLC as connectors between the doctor’s offices and these rural hospital lab services. On Campus Laboratory Management LLC establishes services that includes the courier between the doctors and the laboratory analysis locations. We create relationships between these organizations so that it makes sense to all parties: the hospital owners see a rise in money being made from the laboratory testing services being used more often, the medical professionals are getting quality services by a more relaxed staff whom are in a more low stress workspace, and the people who are having tests run are receiving answers back that are more accurate, and this is happening in the same amount of time or less than it was taking under the previous solution.

John: Jay you have mentioned an interesting point. You’ve said that you’ve seen a unlikeness in quality by reason of it being a country lab analysis facility, instead of a large city lab services facility. How about you discuss on that?

Landon Northcutt: Definitely Mr. Walker, Mac does bring up an interesting suggestion. What we have found is that in a fair share of the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area laboratory analysis facilities, they can be a get ’em in and out environs to work in. They’re going to process a large number of laboratory results a day, and workers are under the gun to meet quotas. This kind of nature as in any area of life results in stress. This stress has obviously shown to have an effect on the employees, the services being delivered, and the corporation itself. Consequently, this has shown an effect on the clinics that order the lab results, the patients, and the community. We’ve found that the low intensity environment of many of our small town urgent care facilities makes for more satisfied employees. These are staff whom are college educated and have the ability to use all of the same laboratory equipment that you’ll have in the city, but their environment isn’t the same high turnover style. With that in mind, they are able to take the amount of time to be precise and observe procedures with less blunders.

John: Mac and Landon, what is the mission statement of On Campus?

J. Mac Rust: Connecting rural hospitals with progressive minded doctors. That is what the company does. Mr. Walker, we really believe that it takes a forward thinking doctor or out of the box thinker (however you want to say it) to identify the beauty in the model. BUT, we also think that as many more doctors are researching options, their modus operandi are going to be turned to this model simply because of the necessity for change.

Landon Northcutt: We should make ourselves understood about this John. We’re not implying that rural hospital laboratory testing facilities need to take over and lab testing facilities in big city areas will cease to exist. We are just stating that this is a workable alternate that a greater number of clinics will be turning to as we go forward. There’s more than enough room in the industry for all involved to be able to play kindly and everyone have their slice of the pie.

John: Quickly, tell us some more about your OCL. What types of services does On Campus Laboratory provide?

J. Mac Rust: Our testing services is composed of: Wellness Blood Testing, Blood Allergy Testing, Pharmacogenetics Testing, Respiratory Pathogen Panels, and Toxicology Panels.

John: You have the ability to perform nearly every everything that are being ordered?

Landon Northcutt: Pretty close Mr. Walker. There are some test that we haven’t added yet, mainly because the demand locally is so low and the machines for these labs can be very pricey. There’s no need to own lab equipment that is not going to become cost efficient for a very long time when you know clinics aren’t likely to be ordering lab tests that require the possession of those pieces of equipment.

John: Mac, Getting back to where we started, have you made plans to take over the world?

J. Mac Rust: Landon, do you want to take this one? LOL. Just kidding. No, John, as far as we can see, we are simply settling on fixing issues in this industry in the state of Texas. We definitely do see how this model will disrupt the industry in each region, and we’ve got no doubt that other companies will be figuring out how to make it happen in their states and regions. Texas is a giant piece of the pie. We have got our schedules full with this project right now and for as far as we can see ahead.

John: Okay Mac and Landon, thank you for taking a few minutes with me and indulging me and the listeners in these questions.

J. Mac Rust: You’re welcome for sure John. Thank you for having us!

Landon Northcutt: For sure, John. Thank you for bringing us on.

John: We look forward to learning more about your business and discovering what will lie ahead for your company. Once again, thank you for your time.

…So I started to do a little more research in to this dude that shares my name and look at this…Somebody really wanted to roast this guy and his business partner. Sounds like some pussy got butthurt and decided to throw up a bunch of shitty lies on websites…only it looks like they couldn’t even do the work themselves. Looks like they hired some Nigerian or frickin Indian to write up the ripoff reports / complaints, whatever these are.

Mac Rust attempted to trick medical facilities into dealing with his new business. He skillfully and deceptively — formed a competing entity and named it “Star Management Solutions LLC” instead of Star Hospital Solution. And then he called it “star” too in order to usurp service from his partners.
If Mac Rust does not accept right away cease and desist all competitive activities, the genuine Star will implement its right to an injunction in Court and strongly pursue all readily available remedies to hold Mac Rust lawfully and financially responsible for his violations of fiduciary responsibilities and his contracts.
Mr Rust has a noncompetition agreement with Stare that specifically restricts competitors through restructured entities like the phony Star Mac Rust has formed and grants the genuine Star the right to injunctive relief in court. Similarly essential are the responsibilities to which Mac Rust devoted both as Member and as Manager: “certain fiduciary responsibilities, responsibility of loyalty and other similar responsibilities.” Mac Rust and his entities all knowingly participated in the breaches of fiduciary duties.
Yet Mac Rust’s actions fell far except the duty of utmost good faith and commitment. To the contrary, as soon as a number of hospitals were ready to sign with the genuine Star, Rust and his partner Landon Northcutt got greedy.
Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt chose they could duplicate the Star design, therefore making all the earnings on their own and cutting out their initial Star partners. So just one month into the deal, in breach of their responsibilities and covenants, they contacted Star possibility hospitals (see attached) as “star” agents and presented them transformed files in hopes they might change the unwary healthcare facilities to the fake star.
In fact, we have now learned that on July 7, 2017 — while Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt were still Members and Managers of the real Star and a full month before their unexpected resignation — Rust and Landon Northcutt signed an agreement with ABC General Hospital on behalf of the phony star leveraging the efforts and investment their offer partners made for their own advantage. Fortunately the supervisor of ABC General Hospital captured the scams. Nonetheless, Rust and Landon Northcutt caused confusion in the marketplace about which star was genuine and which was a scam, irreparably harming the genuine Star.
Furthermore, Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt set up a second entity called “On Campus Laboratory Management LLC” (“ On Campus”) to place themselves with new rural Texas hospitals that had actually not yet been as exposed to the Star name. Included in this target group was ABC Medical Center. The genuine Star spent months establishing this prospect, however Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt usurped the deal and On Campus is now placing to provide the blood screening at ABC. The real Star needs disgorgement of all earnings Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt illegally obtain( ed) in that transaction and any others
.
On August 3, 2017 at 3:00 p.m., a Membership/Management meeting of the real Star was employed Dallas, Texas. Neither Mac Rust nor Landon Northcutt appeared. Rather, 10 minutes into the meeting Rust and Landon Northcutt supposed to have themselves and Diversified Sales LLC (“ Diversified”) resign from their roles. Regardless, their responsibilities and their covenants stay intact. Especially, in furtherance of the deception, Mr. Rust has actually begun describing himself as “Jay” instead of “Mac” in order to appear as if he weren’t a Manager of the real Star.
The misconduct of Mac Rust and Landon Northcutt prior to and after their resignation from Star not only gives rise to significant real and exemplary damages but also triggers injunctive relief under the Texas Uniform Trade Secret Act — for their theft of the real Star’s client list and other proprietary business details. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE § § 134A.002–3(“‘ trade secret ‘means info, consisting of … list of actual or prospective customers or providers;” offering injunctive relief). And under the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act — for your conveyance of the genuine Star’s agreements. TEX. BUS. & COMM. CODE § § 24.002–8 (“‘ property’ indicates anything that might be the topic of ownership;” providing for injunctive relief).
Shane Bledsoe and others stand ready to testify to your scheme at both the injunctive and damages stages of relief.
Pertain to find out, this is not the first time you Mac Rust has actually been captured in a con. In May of in 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission took legal action against Mr. Rust for “misappropriat [ing] significant portions of funds [around $13.8 million] entrusted to” Rust and Christoper Brenner and that Rust and Brenner “commandeered the remainder for their own concealed trading in speculative securities derivatives. Mac Rust’s Texas State Bar License is now “inactive,” although no public disciplinary history is listed.

More shit I found…

Landon Northcutt has recently been trying to deceive local medical facilities into signing contracts with his newest company. He has stealthily and skillfully formed a business and called it “Star Management Solutions LLC” when it need to have been named “Star Hospital Solution”. In addition he has called it “star” in an attempt to seize business from some of his partners.
The genuine Star has actually said that if Landon Northcutt does not instantly desist and cease all of his competitive activities, they will force an injunction against them in a law court and pursue with aggression all readily available alternatives to hold Landon Northcutt economically and lawfully responsible for offenses of his contracts and fiduciary duties.
Mr Northcutt has a signed noncompetition arrangement with the real Star that forbids expressly, competitors through entities such as the fake Star. Landon Northcutt has actually provided the real Star Business the option of injunctive relief in a law court. Furthermore, just as crucial are fiduciary responsibilities of which Mr Northcutt devoted to as both a manager and member. These consist of a responsibility of care and loyalty among others. Landon Northcutt has purposefully took part in the breach of these duties.
Yet his actions have actually fallen extremely short of the obligatory responsibility of commitment and good faith. To the contrary, Landon Northcutt and his partner Mac Rust got greedy as quickly as several health centers will sign the contracts.
Landon Northcutt and Mr Rust chose they would copy the model of Star. For that reason taking all the earnings for them both by cutting out the initial partners In the Star Company. After simply one month into the signed deal and in breach of their covenants and responsibilities, the duo hired the Star health centers as representatives of “Star” and provided to them falsified files hoping that they would be able to change the healthcare facilities over to their fake Star Company.
In fact, it has since been found that on the 7th July 2017 — while Landon Northcutt and his partner were both still supervisors and members of the legitimate Star Company and an entire month before they resigned all of a sudden — they had signed a brand-new contract with the ABC General Hospital on behalf of the “fake” Star Company. This was leveraging the investments and efforts of their partners for their advantage just. Thankfully the basic supervisor of the ABC Hospital saw the scams was taking place. Nevertheless, Landon Northcutt and Rust had actually caused a lot of confusion within the market location as people were uncertain exactly what Star was the genuine company and which company was not which undoubtedly triggered damage to the legitimate Star.
In addition, Landon Northcutt and Mac Rust went on to establish a 2nd company called “On Campus Laboratory Management LLC” in order to get close with hospitals in rural Texas which had no understanding yet of the Star brand. This consisted of a new set of hospitals was the ABC Medical Centre. The “Real Star” Company had invested lots of months establishing and securing this possibility, nevertheless, Landon Northcutt and Mr Rust stole the deal so the Campus Laboratory is now in a position to provide blood testing that takes place at the hospital. The genuine Star Company is requiring the discouragement of all the earnings that Northcutt and Rust have unlawfully been acquiring in this deal and all others.
On the 3rd of August 2017 at 15.00 hrs, a management/membership meeting occurred of the Real Star Company in Dallas, Texas. Both Landon Northcutt and his partner in crime never attended. Rather, exactly what happened was that only 10 minutes into this meeting, Northcutt and Rust declared to have themselves along with Diversifies Sales LLC resign from the functions that they held. No matter this, their covenants and tasks stay. Significantly, and to increase the deception further, Mr Rust started passing the exact same of “Jay” instead of utilizing his usual “Mac” to make it appear like he was not an associate of the Real Star Company.
The misbehavior that is apparent of Landon Northcutt and Mr Rust both prior to and right after they resigned from Star does not just reveal the actual and considerable damages that occurred but likewise generates injunctive relief from the trade secret act in Texas — for the stealing of the real Star company’s clients and other important organisation info.
Shane Bledsoe amongst others are ready to go to court and affirm at both the damages and injunctive stages of relief.
This is in fact not the first time that these conmen have been caught out. Mac Rust, in May last year, was taken legal action against by the Securities and Exchange Commission for misappropriating considerable amounts of funds (approx. $13.80 million) that was delegated to him and Christopher Brenner and that these two celebrations had commandeered an undisclosed amount for trading in securities derivatives.
Mr Rust’s licence is now “inactive” however, there is no record of disciplinary action listed.

MORE SHIT I FOUND…

Landon Northcutt and Mac Rust are legal representatives that were in the employ of Star Hospital Solutions, a company that provides a wide variety of services to a variety of medical facilities in the location. This company deserves a great deal of cash due to the fact that the services they offer are extremely sought after. Northcutt and Rust used this to their advantage, combining the value of the business that they were working for along with their in-depth understanding of the legal system to take a lot agreements from the company they worked for.
Basically, what they did was they went to healthcare facilities supposedly on behalf of their business, and spoke with these health centers the way they would as if they were representing Star Hospital Solutions. Nevertheless, unbeknownst to both their companies in addition to the customers they were approaching, Northcutt and Rust had actually developed a brand-new business called Star Management Solutions. This company is a totally separate entity from Star Hospital Solutions, and Northcutt and Rust are basically utilizing the name of their employer to secure customers for their own business which is rather clearly fake. Hospitals that will be signing up for Star Management Solutions are not getting any of the services they are spending for.

Star Hospital Solutions has filed a suit versus Northcutt and Rust, and is attempting to prevent them from utilizing the company name to defraud any more organizations. This is just another example of how lawyers refuse to take responsibility for their actions and manipulate the system they have sworn to promote and safeguard. If you visit their website you are going to discover a lot more information about how Landon Northcutt utilized his position as a legal representative. It is essential to research these things so that you can prevent them from taking place to you.

Just goes to show that there are shitty people in this world that will stop at nothing to trash other’s reputations. I’d take whoever commissioned or wrote these articles out behind the shed and whoop their ass if someone did that to me…
