Nice thoughts, still the reality speaks otherwise. An extrovert is usually automatically associated with entrepreneurial drive, absolute sales skills and being a team player. Success will be not questioned, it is a given. An introvert is at the same time acknowledged as the opposite.
I think the point shouldn’t be if somebody is this or that. I think real, long-term success comes from having the ability and the courage to mingle both sides in the right amount and help to enhance both parties’ qualities as much as to make them want to constructively work together. It is probably a very idealistically point of view, but it would work as a mighty tool in pursuing winning.
