Don’t make promises that you can’t keep.
Don’t offer me love that isn’t deep.
Because, when I give it, I give it my all
But look at how you’ve left me, you’ve left me here to fall.
Fall so hard that it hurts so much
Why like this, am I not good enough?
I’ve made a mistake and apologized too
But your reaction is absurd, I don’t even recognize you.
You said to take this as a lesson, but at what cost?
My family, health, dignity were at stake, do you know how much I’ve lost?
