Naked Subway Rider Smokes Crack Pipe on the Rails

It appears that a local man in New York City decides to take a hit of his crack pipe on a subway train, and then strip his clothes off for everyone to see!

Once the Police arrived and insisted he put some clothes back on, the man only grabbed his bubble coat and wrapped it around his waist! What can I say, it’s just another day on the rails!
