A good Interaction at EWU

While I was walking around campus, I noticed a neat stack of tea displayed by a register. The containers were nice, and I thought it was a good way to advertise an otherwise boring concept of tea. Each container has clearly labeled flavors in different colors so it was easy for my eyes to scan over and choose a tea quickly. Not only that, but the slots are open to allow customers to simply choose it themselves and say to the barista, “I want this one.” I think this is a good interaction because it makes it easier to pick a flavor, as opposed to starting at lifeless words on a menu.

I also really love tea, so I’m happy to write about it… ha
