In 1993 there is Original HipHop Posse Brotherhood (OHPB) in Glorietta EDSA Mall, Makati (formerly QUAD).

Mr. Renato Rabara aka REY GALE (TBS GALE) aka Nato aka OG HOODAZ of Tandang Sora Hood was a friend and neighbor of our late Joseph Ceñidoza (Jan.1981- May.2002) aka Joseph Saitan in Washington, Makati.

In late 1994 Mr. Rabara introduced his leader Don Lucas of True Blunt Sistah (TBS-Galleria 1991) to Joseph Saitan and Maynard aka Dorobo.

Then Don Lucas convinced Saitan and Dorobo to form a gang called True Brown Style 13. In early 1995 before Don Lucas migrated at West Covina, Los Angeles California U.S.A. Joseph Saitan and Maynard Dorobo jump in at Don Lucas’ crib to formalized the leadership of our gang.

Joseph Saitan and Maynard Dorobo talked and formalized who is going to be president but then, Maynard Dorobo give way to Joseph Saitan to become our gang president.

In the same year as our gang become a big group, Joseph Saitan and Maynard Dorobo added 2 leaders, Jenggo and Edward Estillo Uno and we all known them as The Veteranos: Uno, Dos, Tres and Cuatro. But Jenggo decided to leave the gang and joined to another.

Then after Jenggo, Joseph Saitan and Maynard Dorobo designated Rhino Locco for Veterano Tres. Joseph Saitan decided not to accept women to join our gang because he believes that the women are roots of evil and war for all homies and veteranos.
