GSoC Update Report Mid July
My GSoC Journey is quite fun and enjoyable. I am not only working on something I love to do but also at the same time I am learning new things which I never tried before.
I always used to do the conventional Android Coding before, hundreds of new things are added to Android every year but still, I preferred to do the old way.
Androidx, JetPack, RxJava, MVVM, Mocking, etc. all these things are famous in Android but I never had the opportunity before to get hands-on experience.
After my first GSoC evaluation, the API for the Leaderboard Task was complete. During the first two weeks of July, I focused on linking the API with the Commons Android app.

We also had a group meeting this month with all the GSoC 2020 Participants of Wikimedia Foundation and Admins. It was fun to see each one’s project and progress.
My next goal before the second evaluation is to add the pagination and filters to the leaderboard.
