August 2020 — Désiré Denuit School, Belgium
For this new school year, Prospect.io chose to support the Désiré Denuit school in Lasne (Belgium). This establishment, based in the south of Brussels, is an elementary school of type 3, which means it is specialized in children with behavior issues and/or personality issues.
The 50 pupils are mostly from disadvantaged families. The aim of this school is not only to teach them, but also give them an opportunity to open up to new things like museums, expositions, etc. and to new experiences.
The donations received by the school help to reduce the parents’ contribution to the school material, school trips & experiences, as well as the renovation of the buildings, in order to welcome the children as best as possible for this new school year.
