4. Jumeirah :

This a coastal residential area of Dubai, which largely comprises of low rise private dwellings, that are built in varieties of architectural styles. This area houses the Jumeirah Mosque, which is said to be the most photographed mosque in all of Dubai.

5. Al Bastakiya:

One can get a glimpse of old Dubai at this place, which is also known as Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood. Initially established by the pearl and textile merchants from Bastak, the construction of this historical neighborhood dates back to the 1890’s. This is Dubai’s oldest standing residential area where one can now find the rustic charm of the yesteryears.

6. Spice and Gold souk:

Here one can get to experience a truly Arab styled market place. Here, you can buy anything from spices to gold to rich fabrics. This market is well known for the bargaining and the haggling that happens here.

7. The Dubai Mall:

Having 1,200 shops, this is the largest shopping mall in the world. This mall is especially famous for its spectacular aquarium and underwater zoo. The aquarium houses more than 300 species of marine animals, including rays and sharks.
