Tidy Police
I watched some police in gas masks and riot gear repeatedly warn journalists that they were about to use tear gas in the immediate area, despite the fact that the same group had set up television lights and car lights to reveal police positions making them more vulnerable to gunfire and other violence. I watched the journalists run when, after disregarding the police, the gas wafted back toward them. I watched the police calmly and carefully lay the video lights on the ground, thereby protecting themselves and the equipment. Tidy police. The stories being floated by liberal press are much less tidy. What happened with the delinquent is still uncertain. What is happening on the streets in Ferguson is not. Many of those people are not protesting, they are either inciting a mob, or acting out in one. Meanwhile, black Americans keep killing black Americans with propensity. Where are the Al Sharptons and the Black Panthers on that issue? Oh, I know, the cats in the Panthers are inciting young black men to “kill whites, then dig them up and kill them again.” Hey, now, as a fella I know who once tried to be chaplain for the African Bandits motorcycle gang has often said, “That’ll save America.” Not so much.
