If God exists, he isn’t religious

The current Abrahamic God, is he a god worthy to be worshiped?

If God exists, and he is the creator of this endless Universe, a creation of 400 billion galaxies, each galaxy with 400 billion stars, each start with its own planetary system. Stars so immense that our Sun is a mere speck of dust in comparison. The creator of life and its diversity, all caught in a natural system that connects all creatures, from bacteria to whales. Creatures so majestic, so fearsome and so elegant. The creator of man, a self-aware, intelligent, and conscience machine whose sole purpose is to worship him, and to do his well on this grain of sand on the shore of the Cosmos Ocean. How can such an immensely powerful, genius wise creator, care so much to be worshiped?

I can’t imagine this same God to be the creator of religions, each with their own version of the absolute truth, and their own road to redemption. A creator of heaven and hell, to punish and reward, caring so much about who likes him and who doesn’t. A blood thirsty dictator that wants us to fight and kill in his name, to spread his word and make his hand the upper one. Forgets the whole Universe only to look inside your room to know whether you watch porn or masturbate. Gets so pissed off if women reveal their hair, so jealous of other deities, so needy that he wants to be mentioned day and night, so insecure he wants to be loved so bad that he promises eternal hell for anyone that doesn’t. He loves us so much that he sacrificed his son (or himself!!!) to save us, yet anyone who doesn’t love his son, is promised an eternal torture, what kind of sadistic love is that? He gave us freewill, we get to decide, either we love him or spend the rest of eternity in hell, what kind of freedom is this?

We are not here to worship, pray, nor to spread our faith. Imagine the universe, with all of its stars, planets, galaxies, black holes, nebulas, and quasars, without humans observing it, no intelligence to be intrigued by it nor consciousness to be in a state of wonder by its vastness, what a colossal waste would it be. Therefore, to have a meaning, the universe had to create us so that we admire its beauty and be in awe of its magnificence. We are the purpose of the universe, we by the mere act of observing and appreciating beauty are fulfilling our destiny in the eyes of God. I hope one day we come to realize this and put an end to this madness.
