Waiting for the approval
To unlock the hall
The cherry colored rose
Kept inside a jar
Recollection of past woes
The blemishes of memories
Sitting uninvited on skin
Haunting like torn draperies
The Tainted windows
Reminiscing the time of glory
In hopes to let go shadows
Still a quiet soul residing in dark
Waiting for someone to unlock
At a place he did embark
To keep him safe all around
The walls grow gradually
Like fear inside this ground
Walk out of these shadows
Be your own flicker of light
Accept thee with all your sorrow
