Reaching out to HR Professionals to practice Equip and Real:
I am going to discuss the meeting that we conducted with MR’ Bilal But, the HR of R&C (revenue and collection department department) PTCL FTR (Faisalabad Telecommunication Region). Mr. Bilal But sitting with HR penal officer as recruiter.it was a good time that we spend with Mr. Bilal during this interview and it was the first experience of mine and may be my group fellows as well. That’s why we are so excited to meet with MR. Bilal and get their interview.
It was a great experience to talk such a nice person and we learn many new things. We have short time to take interview but we learn within this time as much as we can by asking different questions from Mr. Bilal.

How do you identify if a candidate is being real or not during the interview?
What suggestions you may have on how to be fully prepared/equipped for an interview?
How important do you think it is to be yourself in an interview?
Answers by Mr. Bilal But:

The answer of the questions we asked from Mr. Bilal is recruiter judge their potential employer that he/she real or not by their confidence if employer has high confident during an interview it would be considered as a real employer. Employer has confidence if he as good body language, and well prepared for interview, deeply knowledge about their field. And if you are trying to lie it means you are pretend to someone you are not.
Being yourself basically linked with real and equip if you are be yourself in an interview it means you are real about yourself and well prepared. That helps the employers that in what ways the employers done their interview process with full confidence and what are the main areas he/she need to improve. Suppose, you remember the moment when you felt unprepared. You knocked it out of the park (the real you) mean it after this situation and bed performance will helps you to improve yourself for the next interview.

When an employer is going for interview he/she must be prepared/equipped with the knowledge like he must research about the company where he going for an interview. Reread all the concept about your previous study, he also practice how to give an interview in front of mirror or persons as much as possible. If he is equipped he must be confident during an interview otherwise he may stuck in some situation.

So the final takeaway from this wonderful interview is that recruiter judge their employer through their different techniques but the main is confidence that how much that candidate is confidence during an interview, how much knowledgeable is employee and how much he real or equip about their self.so it is necessary for a person that he must be built their confidence while he is going for an interview by using different techniques if he want be a successful interview. Otherwise he may face failure.
