B2C folks are focused on users. On the quantitative side of users. On satisfying themajority of users. Users are an aggregate. Very rarely does one user in particular matter, or anything really except a cohort of users.

this is true in some cases.. but not always. infact folks from B2C product companies can work very well in advantage for a SaaS / B2B.

yes, it is sometimes a challenge and takes time and patience, but as far as you empathize with your users (free/paid) and believe in the vision and problem the product is trying to solve, nothing stops you from being successful in consumer or business facing.

problem happens when the goals are not aligned.
