Pomodoro: Time Management Technique

Most of time we don’t manage things in time. This technique is very helpful in time management and things to be done in time.

My goal is to Complete excel project in 3 hours. I made a intervals of 25 minutes. Before starting on project, I switched off Following apps.

· Instagram

· WhatsApp

· Face book

· Twitter

· Snap chat etc.

And due to these time-consuming apps, they totter from their destination.

I started project and after 25 minutes I took 5 minutes’ brake for relax. I thought I can’t complete project in 2 hours. I continued my project after brake I observed I worked very efficiently no frustration of work in my mind. After 25 minutes, I took a break again for 5 minutes and I completed 40% of my project. Finally, I competed the project 3 minutes earlier estimated time. So, I suggested to use Pomodoro technique where you’re expected to produce, it’s a great way to get through your tasks. The Pomodoro Technique can help you power through distractions, hyper-focus, and get things done in short bursts, while taking frequent breaks to come up for air and relax.
