Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro. To overcome procrastination by using the Pomodoro technique.

Francesco Cirillo, a software developer, created the Pomodoro Technique in the 1980s as a way to boost productivity for software teams. The basic concept revolves around time blocks of varying lengths. Each work block is 25-minutes long. During this period, you have to focus on the task that you are working on. Once the time is up, you have a five-minute break. You repeat this cycle almost four times.
Now I know about this Technique through Amal Online Course. To maximize the time,is a constant struggle. An effective and great way to improve your productivity is the Pomodoro Technique.
I practiced Pomodoro Technique. I planned to read 20 Pages of English novel ‘A farewell to Arms’ in first 25 minutes. I bring up my book to drawing room.

I chose drawing room as it is the most peaceful place of my home. Before practicing Pomodoro Challenge, I was always distracted by the external factors including wifi. Now this time, I committed to myself, no more distractions by external forces.
I set the timer for 25 minutes on a alarm clock. While reading I unconsciously look at the alarm clock & note how much time and pages of a novel are remaining.
After timer rings, I put out the piece of paper and notice that how much more efforts I need to put in it. By practicing Pomodoro Technique, I was able to read 20 pages in just 25 minutes. I took a break after 1st target. I ate a chocolate because I love to eat and it boost up your energy level.I again set the alarm for 25 minutes to read more 20 pages of the novel. By practicing this technique, I was able to read 40 pages of a novel in just 50 minutes.
