Pomodoro is a tomato shaped timer used to perform this activity.

Eating that frog with pomodoro is a technique in which one sets a number of small periods in which continuously work is done and after each gap a break is taken of a few minutes to get relaxed or get reward. This is an effective tool to fight your procrastination through continuously focusing on your work.

As we know: There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch

Steps to follow

In my amal fellowship I was to do this activity and then write o blog explaining the effect of this activity on my work. And here are my views:

As it is well known that this game consists of setting yourself and then working on it for fixed time period. This technique helped me fighting my procrastination. The task I have chosen to perform in this activity was to read different articles related to my research and then summarize them. . In the beginning I was very comfortable doing my work and enjoyed but latter on things started getting heavy, I was not able to work continuously as the distractions drove me many time half time passed it became more difficult to carry the things on but as I was committed so moved back to my work.

Time:Most precious thing not to be wasted

After the end of Five periods which I had decided to play I felt more satisfied as I have ended up in reading many articles. Now I am confidant in carrying this activity again and again as it helps me increasing my efficiency.
