How to get away from depress in my way
Every one have those times when the sadness becomes a best friend the fallowing steps are my way to get rid of it
- First : confess your self that you don’t live twice and you deserve to live a great life .
- Second : believe that every thing happens to you good or bad eventually you will forget it
- Third : be strong and challenge your self to pop up from your shell .
- Forth : a good and positive friend saves life .
- Fifth : believe and believe of your self if other people can you can do it too
- Sixth : make your self busy in something you like .
- Seventh : try to laugh on any thing until laughing becomes a habit for you
Those are the short steps that I use when I fell depressed , I hop you find it useful .
