“y eso es”. Queda como una frase incompleta.
Se puede usar así: 
“Y eso es…?” (como esperando una explicacion sobre algo que no esta claro en lo que se ha dicho)
“Y eso es [todo].” (como punto final a alguna explicacion, evento, activida, etc )
