How to stop complaining in 1 minute

  1. Acknowledge that you are complaining.
  2. Whenever you have an excuse, write it down. Do not identify it as a valid reason or not. And whenever you keep giving the same excuse as a reason put a number against it.
  3. Now take the list of all your excuses and the number of times you have been complaining. Print it out. Put it on the place where everyone can see. On your cubicles. On your work table. On your room door. You can even stick it on your face and go for a run, if you are comfortable.

4. Put them on your twitter. On your Facebook. On your blog. Shame your mind from complaining. You and your mind are not one. Its fine if others can’t see the difference. At least you should.
