Build what people want, not what they need

Justin as much i loved your narration style, the conclusion is much to be desired. A poorly designed product that solves a need will be rejected by users. If you are telling me that a product solves my long term problem, the only way i can trust you is only if you solve any of my short term problems. How else do i know if you will deliver on your bigger promises? There are more variables here than the simplistic conclusion…
