There are certain practices that will help you have more time.
Say “No” instead of “Later”. This way you’ll free up the time for important things that could not be dismissed, and you’ll keep your scope in shape.
Break down the tasks to sub-tasks. Do not set “Build a house” as a goal. Set many brick-sized goals.
Always try to minimise efforts. You come home tired, and you obviously have no willpower to start a startup. Don’t, then: just open an editor and write a single line of code. Draw a single line on a mockup. Document one piece of interaction. The rest comes on its own.
When followed, those should help you do more in less time.
